We offer flexible MOQ. Standard orders start at 500 pcs. For creators, custom orders from 100 pcs can be arranged with our team, and collectible items can start from 1 pc.
Standard sampling takes 7–15 working days for the first version (revisions are counted separately, based on the confirmed design). The sampling fee is US$300 per standard design/color. It is fully refunded on bulk orders of 3,000+ pcs, or 50% refunded at 1,000+ pcs (per design/color).
The normal production lead time is 35–45 days. Rush orders can be requested for an additional fee.
We accept Alibaba payment channels (credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more) as well as T/T bank transfer. For bulk orders under US$50,000, goods are paid upfront and shipping is paid after production, before dispatch.
One-stop customization: colors, labels, hang tags, packaging, and 3D shape design. For other design needs (such as custom plush keychains or game merchandise), just ask our team.
Our products can meet CE, EN71, ASTM F963, CPSIA, and REACH standards. Testing is available; testing fees are borne by the buyer.
